Ethiopian coffees are a favorite among coffee aficionados, and not without good reason. Our favorite Ethiopian coffee comes from the region of Yirgacheffe and is produced by the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. It is from an indigenous heirloom Arabica variety that produces (arguably) the best coffee on the planet. Exceptional brightness, rich body, and famously full of flavors--including blueberry, tropical fruits, and caramelized sweetness. Works well as a medium or dark roast.

This was actually my first blend to try from Louisiana Roasting Company. I've been drinking coffee for most of my adult life, but this was a completely different experience. I could actually taste the different notes, and the flavor was so incredibly smooth. Can't wait to try the different roasts!

This is my favorite flavor. Very smooth. I've tried this flavor other places but they can't compare to the flavor and taste of fresh brewed coffee. I'm hooked on this place.

Hidden gold. Stumbled upon a bag of this at a client’s house. Asked if they wouldn’t mind if I made myself some coffee, did the whole process, always putting a little extra for a stronger cup and BAM! The best coffee I’ve ever had! So good I kept a photo and now am finally ordering a bag for myself! Amazing flavors, and so strong ????????
