100% Arabica Coffee

Our Guatemalan coffee comes from La Asociacion Sostenible de Café de Guatemala in the Huehuetenango region, and we feel this is perhaps one of the world's most underappreciated coffee co-ops! They are committed to sustainable practices, and we love that they grow and mix several different Arabica varieties among more than 1,000 producers while still managing to achieve consistent cup quality year after year. The aroma of this coffee is wonderful and amazingly strong. When it arrives, you will smell that delicious coffee smell before you even open the box. Smooth, medium body. Citrus, fruit, and chocolate flavors. Works best as a medium roast.
